Our story

The New Moon design process starts with the mesas, canyons, variable climate and lifestyles of Colorado’s North Fork Valley.

Our outerwear collection is inspired by the seasons of this high desert landscape, a liminal space between the depths of the Black Canyon and the alpine heights of Grand Mesa.

Redlands Jacket

Our take on the classic chore coatβ€”your everyday coat for chores, errands, riding horses or walks in the woods.

Constructed of heavy wool with a lighter wool lining, featuring four pockets, adjustable cuffs, and a high collar.

Plateau Parka

Our winter parka inspired by Western frontier-style blanket coats and mesa snowstorms.

Features a large double layered hood, adjustable waistband and cuffs, deep pockets, and yoke. Reinforced seat and elbows for increased warmth and weather protection.

Canyon Cape

A zip-up poncho that can go from campsite to cafe, worn as a jacket or used as a blanket, with an adjustable hood, snaps on the side for sleeves, and large deep pockets.

Badlands Shacket

Our lightweight wool shirt jacket features pearl snaps, a scalloped hem, multiple pockets, and is versatile enough to wear all year round.
